How do I find my blind spot? I look for it. We had no control over what we did or did not learn about others when we were growing up. Our elders did the best they could, given the tools they had available to them. We learned their vision and perspective of the world which could include their bias and jaded paradigms. As we mature, we must accept our responsibility to search for the truth and expand on the knowledge we have gained thus far. We grow by fixing our blind spots.

Anti Racism Training

Racist and bigots are not born. They have learned that they can gain power through hurting people through their environment and upbringing. We train allies to disrupt the thinking of racist, bigot, or sexist individuals and empower facilitators to guide people to self recognition of personal bias and goal setting. We help people reorganize their lives to be more inclusive.


We provide training sessions both live and online. If you are looking for ways to further your knowledge or are required to get credit in this field, we have a number of great course that can help you meet those goals.

Facing Disciplinary Action?
As we work to educate our staff's about cultural competence, diversity and inclusion issues in our organizations, we often find employees that need specialized attention and individualized lessons. We offer one on one training and coaching. Part of our work allows individuals the chance to assess their personal values, organizational values and create action plans for personal and professional growth. These sessions are about 3 hours, via Skype, Online Learning and Online assessments.
